We have had Mr T's come out to inspect our Ac's and do a checkup but today was the first time we had to call for a system repair. Middle of restaurant service and one of our AC units went down. Temps were rising quickly all over especially in the dining room. Called Mr T's and Sherry was very polite and helpful. She was honest with me about where we stood in line and got us on the list. Middle of summer in Florida I was concerned it would be an all day waiting period. Everett showed up about an hour and a half later to a crowd of people clapping. He got right to work and discovered the problem as well as another that needed addressing. We approved that work as well and he had us cooling quickly after that. Prices were reasonable for what we had done. Will definitely use them in the futue(hopefully not too soon though). So far both experiences were honest and less in price than I thought they would be.
